All orders received before 3 pm (GMT UK) will be sent out the same working day (Monday to Friday).
Everything we sell is held in stock at our own warehouse in the West Midlands. We ship all items via Royal Mail.
1. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are calculated automatically and are shown in the shopping cart. The costs are based on the weight of the goods you order and the country of delivery. The shipping costs include insurance.
2. Delivery times
Approximate delivery times are 3 - 5 working days for UK orders, 7 - 14 working days for Europe and 14 - 21 working days for the rest of the world.
These are only estimates, however, as international deliveries can be affected by various factors such as postal delays & customs inspections. Delivery times will also be slower in December due to the volume of mail being handled prior to Christmas.
3. Duties & Taxes
International postal regulations require that we attach a customs declaration label (CN22) to all items sent to destinations outside the EU.
Buyers are responsible for the payment of any customs duties or taxes which may be charged by their government when the item reaches its destination.
4. Damage or Loss during shipping
If you have not received your item within 10 working days of order (21 working days for international orders), please contact us and we will attempt to track the item. If we are unable to trace the missing item within a reasonable period of time we will send a replacement to you.
If an item is received damaged or incomplete, we ask that you advise us within 48 hours of receipt. We may ask you to e-mail a photo of the damage before sending out a replacement.
If for any reason we are not able to replace a lost or damaged item (if it has been discontinued or will be out of stock for a long time, for instance) we will issue a full refund.

Unused items can be returned for a refund within seven days of receipt at the buyer’s cost. We ask that you do not fit a band to a watch unless you have already decided to keep it; fitting will leave marks in the leather from the clasp, and the item can then not be re-sold. We cannot offer refunds for items that have been marked or used in any way.
Please contact us before returning an item to obtain a returns number; this will allow us to process the return as quickly as possible when the item gets back to us. Please also send your name & address details with the item so we can locate it in our system. We ask that items being returned are sent using an appropriate insured service. If an item is lost or damaged en route back to us, we will not be able to issue a refund; you will need to put in a claim with the carrier.
